Hubdate processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Registering you as a customer in our accounting software and keeping our records
- Sending newsletters for marketing purposes, in particular to inform you about our services
- Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
- Informing you about changes to our services and products

Hubdate does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that
could have significant consequences for individuals.

## How long we keep personal data

Hubdate does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to
achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

**Reason:** This data is stored in our accounting software (Exact). We are
legally required to keep this data for 7 years.

**Retention period:** As long as you are a customer

**Reason:** For as long as you are a customer, we use this data for marketing
purposes, such as newsletters. The CRM system is cleaned up every year. Once
you are no longer a customer, we no longer use this data.

## Sharing personal data with third parties

Hubdate does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this
is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a
legal obligation.

We conclude data processing agreements with companies that process your data on
our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Hubdate
remains responsible for this processing.

## Cookies or similar technologies we use

Hubdate uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small
text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone
when you first visit this website.

Hubdate uses cookies with a technical function to make the website work
